Privacy notice

Biblori is in private beta. This page is a placeholder for the policy our legal counsel will finalize before general availability. The notes below describe how we currently handle data and what our commitments will look like.

What we collect

Identity (your name and the email address you sign in with), parish and diocese metadata you enter, and the records you create inside the app (sacramental entries, marriage cases, etc.). We do not collect anything from your inbox, calendar, or other Google data beyond the sign-in token.

Where it lives

On Supabase (US-East region) and on Vercel's edge. We do not replicate data to third parties for analytics or advertising. The only third-party processors we use are Supabase (database + auth) and Vercel (hosting).

Who can see your records

Members of your own parish (or, for diocesan admins, parishes within your diocese). Biblori platform staff can access records only when responding to a support request from you or to investigate a security incident.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and the records you authored at any time. Sacramental records frequently have canonical retention requirements; we'll work with your diocese to honor both.
