These terms govern the use of Biblori by parishes, dioceses and their staff, and set out what we commit to in return.
What you are buying
A subscription for one parish, priced by the parish's size and billed monthly or annually, either to the parish directly or to its diocese under the diocese's agreement with us. The first 90 days are free and everything is included in them — there is no reduced trial version. For a parish that started before 1 January 2027, the 90 days count from that date. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during it without being billed.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew at the end of each month or year, as chosen, until cancelled. Cancel at any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for an unused part of a period, but if something has gone wrong, write to us — we would rather fix it than keep the money.
Your records belong to you
You own what you enter. Biblori has a limited licence to store, process and display it in order to run the service, and no other use. You can export at any time, including after you cancel.
We will not hold your records hostage
Sacramental registers are canonical records. The parish's bound books remain its official register; Biblori holds the parish's copy of it, as custodian, not as leverage. That copy and the certificates you issue from it are never withheld for an unpaid invoice, a failed payment, or a billing dispute — the software has no mechanism to do it. A lapsed subscription takes the public website offline and makes formation read-only until it is resumed; nothing in either is deleted. It does not touch the register.
Suspension
We may suspend a parish or diocese for a governance dispute raised by the relevant authority, for unlawful use, or where continuing would put other parishes' data at risk. Suspension pauses access to the application; the paragraph above still applies, and we will export your records to you on request.
Availability
We aim for high uptime and do not yet offer a contractual SLA. Incident notes go to registered diocesan and parish administrators by email.
Changes
We will notify administrators of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. A price change never applies to a subscription already running — your rate is fixed for as long as that subscription continues.
