Terms of service

An annual licence for one parish, billed either to the parish directly or to its diocese for every parish it covers. The first 90 days are free and everything is included in them — there is no reduced trial version. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during it without being billed.

Subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. Cancel at any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for an unused part of a year, but if something has gone wrong, write to us — we would rather fix it than keep the money.

You own what you enter. Biblori has a limited licence to store, process and display it in order to run the service, and no other use. You can export at any time, including after you cancel.

Sacramental registers are canonical records and we hold them as custodian, not as leverage. Your registers and the certificates you issue from them are never withheld for an unpaid invoice, a failed payment, or a billing dispute — the software has no mechanism to do it. A lapsed subscription suspends the public website and the register scanner. It does not touch the register.

We may suspend a parish or diocese for a governance dispute raised by the relevant authority, for unlawful use, or where continuing would put other parishes' data at risk. Suspension pauses access to the application; the paragraph above still applies, and we will export your records to you on request.

We aim for high uptime and do not yet offer a contractual SLA. Incident notes go to registered diocesan and parish administrators by email.

We will notify administrators of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. A price change never applies to a subscription already running — your rate is fixed for as long as that subscription continues.
